RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Thank you very much for shopping with us. We hope that you enjoy the experience and more importantly that you love the products once they are delivered to you.

 

​The terms and conditions listed below are only applicable to all sales made through www.thebeachpaddleco.com. We have the right to amend these terms and conditions from time-to-time without notice to you, these changes will come into effect once they are published in this page. Therefore, once you have placed your order, the terms and conditions displayed at the time of you making the order apply to that order.

 

By placing the order through www.thebeachpaddleco.com you also agree to these terms and conditions.

Products sold

  • Our website displays the products using photographs and videos with the intention to show as accurately as possible the material, colours, designs and drawings of our products. However, as colours and definition depend on other factors like your own screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product.

  • In addition to photographs and videos, we include descriptionS of the products in our website to ensure you have all the required information when making your purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices, promotion or descriptions. We will inform you that this is the case when you have placed the order and advise what the correct information is. You will be able to decide whether you do not want to go ahead with the purchase after the mis-published information has been fixed.

  • All our products are imported from outside Australia, the products that involve sizing follow EURO sizing rules (menorquinas, leather sandals or leather belts). We provide the AU size as guide only. If you have any queries about sizing, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

  • After you place an order in our website, we will send you an automatic email to the e-mail address provided by you during the checkout process. Out acceptance of your order does not occur until you receive a confirmation email from us.

  • Items are subject to availability, therefore if an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we ship it to you, we will inform you as soon as possible. In this situation you may be able to choose to have your full refund or to choose a different item or size.

Payment for the items

  • For our products, we only accept payments in our website through the Credit Card automated payment system. Full payment of the order must be made before we can dispatch it.

  • All prices listed in our website include GST. The amount displayed for any item will be the price indicated plus delivery charges, if any, as detailed at the checkout phase.

  • The price of our products is indicated in AUD, as we sell our products in Australia. If you are outside Australia and want to purchase products from us, please contact us and we will organise the sale.

  • A delivery fee may apply to your purchase, this will be included in the final purchase price in the checkout phase.

  • After your order is placed and we confirm the goods are in stock, we will send you a confirmation email. After that, we will ship the order to you within a maximum of 5 working days. Although, we will endeavor to dispatch all orders on the next working day so you can enjoy our products as soon as possible.

  • You should receive your order within 3 to 8 days after placing your order and you have received your confirmation e-mail.

Returns

  • You can return your purchased items to The Beach Paddle Co. only within 14 days of receipt of goods. The date of receipt of goods will be set by the date of first attempt by the courier company to give you the items you purchased. The Beach Paddle Co has the ability to check when this has occurred.

  • All products must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original clean condition and with tags. The Beach Paddle Co. will refund you the money you paid for your item (including postage, if any) after reviewing the item is in perfect condition in accordance with the above. The courier cost relating the return of the item to us will be at your expense.

  • We will only refund you the money on the same credit card you used to pay when you placed your order.

  • Please email us to contact@thebeachpaddleco.com to organise your refund.

  • This policy also applies to faulty or broken items. However, in this case we will also refund you the cost of the shipment back to us.

Exchanges

  • Similarly to the returns policy, you can exchange the products you purchased from us within 14 days of the receipt of goods. The date of receipt of goods will be the date of first attempt by the courier company to give you the items you purchased. The Beach Paddle Co has the ability to check when this has occurred 

  • All products must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original clean condition and with tags. The courier cost relating the return of the item to us will be at your expense.

  • Once we review the products are in good condition and confirm that we have stock of the items you have requested we will send you a confirmation email

  • Please email us to contact@thebeachpaddleco.com to organise your exchange.

  • If you request an exchange due to a faulty or broken item, we will reimburse you for the courier cost of sending the item back to us.
